Just rename one or two of the existing fields (search the board, this has been asked and answered before). If you need additional fields, you will have to wait for cpg1.4 to be released, the development version currently has got this feature.

I am using 1.4 version and I dont see such permission. Am I blind or just not there yet. I need to add Zip Code as required field.
