user deleted account but came back

i had a user delete his account but then rejoin. Now I have a "???" user gallery with his pictures in it that I need to put back to his username. How can I accomplish this?

Edit the database.

If you know what his user ID was before, change his new entry back to his original ID.  Look at his album, and it's id will be 100??, the last numbers will be his original id.

Alternately, change the album ID, to match his new ID, +10000.
