[Solved]: Where's my exif data?!

I have searched and searched for an answer to this.
I am not getting any errors, I know these images contain the data, but for some reason, Coppermind is not picking it up.
Can anyone offer any options? what should i check?
is there any way to get coppermine to use the jhead bin to read this?

None of the pics seem to have any EXIF data on them - I downloaded them and nothing there.
