look of the buttons

Can someone tell me what controls the look of the buttons (upload approval, config, albums, categories, users, ect) in admin mode?

edit class admin_menu in your stylesheet (this can be found out very easily when looking at the html output!)

Sorry, I misstated my question. I meant to ask what controls the width of the buttons. If I make the table underneath width 80% instead of 100% the buttons extend past the edges of the table. It looks like the buttons are always stretched to fill 100%. I don't see that defined in the style sheet.
