Almost there??
« on: July 22, 2004, 04:03:02 pm »

It seems like I have managed to install ImageMagick at last, version 6.03.

However I got this message when trying to batch add:

Quote
Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 1

Cmd line :
/usr/home/zona/public_html/IM/bin/convert -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 133x100 'albums/aliseagnethetormod/2birth/IMG_0676.JPG' 'albums/aliseagnethetormod/2birth/thumb_IMG_0676.JPG'

The convert program said:
convert: no decode delegate for this image format `albums/aliseagnethetormod/2birth/IMG_0676.JPG'.
convert: missing an image filename `albums/aliseagnethetormod/2birth/thumb_IMG_0676.JPG'.

I guess I am missing something about the jpg convert thing.

As I said it seemed like ImageMagick installed quite well except this:

Quote

.1/mach at /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/ExtUtils/Install.pm line 85.

This happened after I told IM to install into a directory that I have access to as written in the install file of IM- however all the bin/include/lib/man/share directories are set up by IM install procedure...

Anybody got a clue. I believe I am close to the solution here.

It seem that you are trying to install ImageMagick under a shared hosting account. You need to contact your host to install that.
