[Solved]: Batch run
« on: July 24, 2004, 01:51:17 pm »

hello everybody !
I am a little bit depressed because I have a serious problem but I don't know how to fix it. I had Coppermine Version 1.2.1 everything works perfect - now I got a new Server Hardware and I setup the Coppermine 1.3.1 Version - Installed php, IIS6, MySQL - Installed Coppermine 1.3.1 - perfect - BUT when I want to run a Batch job (that means load lots of pics in one album) I
have NO choice to select ... I only see the text - Select the directory ... but there is nothing to select - so I can't run a batch job !  :-[ Has anyone an idea where I did a mistake ???? I couldn't find anything in the Faq so long ... Thank you for your help !! Take care
Alex

it's in the documentation: you mustn't ftp-upload to the userpics folder. You never were meant to, in no coppermine version ever. To "enforce" this, we hide the userpics folder from sight during batch-add.
This has been asked very often already, next time please search the board before posting.

obviously not within the coppermine path then. Move the folder into the albums path inside your coppermine folder.
