Change color "voting" text in CSS?

Hi..! I am writing again to see if you can help me.

I can't find (in the CSS file) the label that allows me to change the color of the voting text in the files... the one with a text that says something like: "Move the cursor over the stars to vote"

Can you tell me which one it is?
