Multiple galleries on same website ?

I already have one gallery running on my site and it has served me well for almost 10 years now.

I want to add another gallery (in a completely different folder)
I figured I would ask first if this will cause any conflicts before I try it.

I tried searching through the documentation but couldn't find anything on running multiple instances on the same website.

That is fine. You can use either a new database or a new suffix, the former is better.
