Hello friends, please I need help, I'm doing something wrong...

How do I align item 1 to item 2? {see att.) I need them to be vertically aligned in the same position.

I have outline on item 1 which are album thumbnails (no border), but when i try to align album thumbs to table 2 then item 3 {thumbnails under last update album} cut their upper outline.
