Radial buttons
« on: March 14, 2022, 03:58:48 am »

I'm building a site that every photo that gets uploaded has to be either "Digital Copies Only" or "Return to Family".  Is there an option that everyone who uploads a photo has to click a radial button to choose between those two options?  Would this be a something that would have to be done with a custom plugin?

Thank you!

Surely you just have two categories, one for each of your options?

The site is going to have categories inside of categories and a lot of them.  Every photo has to be one or the other of "return" or "digital copies only" but they can change at any time.  I don't want to be moving them into different categories depending on their status.  The categories are being used to organize them using other criteria besides the "return" or "digital only".

I cannot think if another method. Maybe enforce keywords and then use meta albums to sort them. Maybe someone else has an idea?

Client has decided she's going to use a field you type data into instead of using radio buttons or check boxes.  This thread can be closed.
