Some strange errors

On my gallery some strange errors are happening. If tunneling is enabled: it does not work (from phpBB3 to CPG  vice versa).
If I disable tunneling: then bridging cannot be enabled (blank page) and if I enable registering: does not work, also a blank page, no email received as administrator.
I have debugging enabled but see no errors.
