This shouldn't be too difficult to change, I imagine, but I would appreciate it a lot:

When browsing an album as admin, and deciding to delete an image from that album, I will be dropped back on the first page of that album after deletion. This can be quite a hassle when you are pruning a large album, as you will have to go back to the initial album page (and you will always have to remember which page you were on) before you can decide which picture to delete next.

Why don't you use "edit files" next to the album thumbnail. You can flag various pics for deletion (tick the "Delete file" checkboxes) and delete them in one go by hitting "apply modifications"?

Hm, good question... Must admit, I kind of overlooked that approach; that certainly helps, thanks.

While I think the above feature request is still valid, this certainly takes the urgency out of it for me
