I read through the troubleshooting data and, in fact, fixed a couple of other problems but could find nothing that helped with this.
I can upload an image with no problem when in Simple - one file at a time mode. But when I switch to Batch files - HTML5 and try to upload two images, I get the following error message:
   You don't have permission to access this page.
   File: /home/special2/public_html/specialforcesphotos.com/editpics.php - Line 75.

However, the images do load as they are in the Album.
Debug info is provided in the attached text file.

Your debug info says that the user is a guest and can't upload (or edit) items ... thus the error message. You've been logged out and that implies a cookie issue. Ensure that your gallery URL is set correctly (Config -> General Settings).
