Resize Thumbs

I am trying to resize my thumbs and I just can't get them to look right. I no idea what I am doing wrong. Also, I would like to resize the album thumbs as well and I don't have a clue where to resize them.

The thumbs look blurry and then some have his head cut off.

You can use the admin tools as detailed in the docs here - https://coppermine-gallery.net/docs/curr/en/admin-tools.htm#admin_tools

For future reference, please attach images rather than hotlinking to an external site. External links often die making reference to a threads for others who may have an issue of the same nature harder to understand.
