If I choose another language in config like german with will still dispaly in english.

If I type in admin.php and index.php

I get

string(7) "english"

but theme switch plugin on it's config page takes the german language (Design für mobile Geräte ) even if "Apply changes" is still in english.

Ctrl F5 did not cleared chache, but firefox restart did.
