There is no Dutch language file for CPG 1.6.x that has been contributed. You can use the 1.5.48 version and make additions/modifications.

CPG is a community driven project. Anyone can participate and contribute.

I would love to but not in a short notice. I'm very busy figuring out how to get CP running on the server and how to merge with vBulletin. Then I need to modify the whole stuff but I can make a start and I need to be given a lot of patience.
