Date format

Where do you define the date format? Currently the date format for the thumbnails is 'nov 12, 2019' but for comments '11/04/2019' and I'd like that to be the same.

is in include functions.php
If you edit it, you will have to redo the edits every time you upgrade coppermine.

Is nice like that too.
