Basic theme (clean to apply your own styles - start theme)
« on: November 09, 2019, 05:51:53 am »

Is a starter theme so users can style the theme the way they like it.

This way users don't have to work at starting a theme or spent time to clean unnecessary code from some theme.
When cleaning a theme like the curve theme, unneccesary code takes time to remove and may even remain some of it.
Not responsive. Basic cpg theme.

You should try to use the global $THEME_DIR in your theme.php file instead of hard coded theme directory (themes/basic/). That way the theme folder could be renamed without issue.

I know that but is not working in that function.
I don't want to use the curve theme code for the admin menu that is really long.
The code for the menu is from theme Theme Pinmine by Jeff Bailey

If I can add another small function or code to be able to use $THEME_DIR, I will.
If not, is better this way.

Reuploaded the zip with a nice menu (was to basic) and a fix for thumbnails error.

No. I don't know how.

Your theme.php file is trying to use a variable ($current_id) that doesn't exist.

But here is the theme.php that uses $THEME_DIR to make it folder agnostic.

Thanks and both issues fixed and reuploaded.
Nobody downloaded the zip so was ok to reuplod not make a new version.
