Faster load

A gallery is heavy and is important to load faster.
Many users would like big thumbnails but the load can be slow.

This https://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,79966.0.html or a similiar solution
should be in cpg by default.

It actually works great and improves the load.
