Images Title "undefined"
« on: August 10, 2019, 06:44:08 pm »

Hi everyone,

I hope this is the right section.
I run a gallery with my friends and we are all set as administrators.

Every time I upload a photo via the Html 5 uploader and it has finished loading there is a title ("undefined") under the photo.
I'm the only one with the problem and we  tried to solve it on our own but we can't figure out, besides deleting tthe title line manually.
Is there a way to change the settings so that line doesn't fill by it self?

I hope you guys can help me.

Can you provide a link to the gallery?

Hi, It's happening to me too!

I tried to fix it by myself and then I send a message to my host. They said they couldn't fix it and I should try here. Can you please help me?

(In my case the problem started after this post -> https://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,79857.0.html)

My gallery: www.charli-xcx.net/gallery

Seeing 'undefined' is typically associated with something in javascript.
Try your site with a different theme to see if the same thing happens:

If the issue still occurs, are you by chance using the old html5upload plugin that was used for CPG 1.5.x?  CPG 1.6.x comes with an included html5 upload plugin (upload_h5a) that should be used instead (remove the old html5upload plugin).

( when done, set your browser back to the default theme for your gallery: http://www.charli-xcx.net/gallery/?theme=zzz )
