the following directories are not writeable: docs
« on: April 01, 2019, 06:34:37 am »

I received the message about an update to my current version 1.6.05 stable on this gallery http://tamara-braun.com/gallery however, I received the following error when upgrading:

the following directories are not writeable;docs

I checked the files and there's no file or directory named 'docs'.

This is an unfortunate issue that is going to occur when doing an automatic upgrade from a fresh install of CPG 1.6.05 to 1.6.06. Please create a docs directory. You will be reminded later that there is an update, and you should then be able to upgrade.

Alternatively, you can do the upgrade to 1.6.06 using the cpg_installer_stub.

Ron:

I've just done the install via the installer package. Amazing upgrade to other CPG versions. Thank you Coppermine gods.
