Audio Files Player Control
« on: February 08, 2019, 05:28:09 pm »

Please can anyone explain why on the Coppermine demo site the audio player control (Start/pause/volume etc) is displayed when clicking on the ogg file example but not for the mp3 or midi files. I also find that there is no player for the mp3 files on my coppermine gallery but these should play on my computer. (I have Windows 10, Firefox and IE but it is the same on my Smart phone as well.) Thanks for any help.

It is because it tries to use an activex plugin for Windows Media Player that most web browsers no longer support. See how to get your gallery to present the audio files differently in the thread where you originally posted.
