Cache Plugin

Looking for a cache plugin to be built to avoid as many SQL database lookups. Particularly the "last updated" sections of the album index list.

As the software core of the gallery is currently written, it would not be possible for a plugin to accomplish the task. Some form of caching, however, is a very good idea and will be considered for a future release of CPG.
