Does anybody knows if there is any way to choose in which a category the usergallery is? I want to have some of the usergallery in one category and some usergallry in an other. Is this possible?

no, this is not possible. The "user galleries" themselves are one pre-defined category in coppermine, every user who registers and creates at least one album represents a sub-category. User galleries can't be moved outside of the "user gallery" category nor inside.
If you want more flexibility, create categories, sub-categories and album structures in your coppermine root category (outside the "user gallery" cage) and grant users upload permissions there.

But how do i grant user permission to other album. Could i choose sp only one person get permission to each gallery?

no, you can't have such a granular permission. Please read the documantation that comes with coppermine.
