Outdated Theme?

im not having good luck with contacting theme makers and finding themes. i can just deal with a somewhat plain theme ill get people on it anyway and throw a pic on it for a header. would you know if this theme is ok to use, mobile friendly? i just thought of it now illl try to contact them
