Fix resolution of a few files in database?
« on: March 19, 2017, 11:29:32 pm »

How do I "fix" image size in the database?

So, some images were uploaded at 1280x720 with black bars on the sides.  I then found a higher resolution version and overwrote the files in the albums without the black bars at 1244x1080, that's cool, but... when it launches the fullsize window, it tries to open it with the original window size, so the image is stretched because my aspect ratio changed.

So, how do I get coppermine to refetch the image size for these 3 images?  I tried the "read EXIF info again" checkbox, but apparently that doesn't get the resolution.

Suggestions?

I am guessing you have used ftp to replace your files? Try using the plugin - http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,60499.0.html

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.

Yes, FTP.  Thanks, I'll take a look at that!
