Photo sizes increasing after upload?
« on: February 13, 2017, 07:22:40 am »

This has been happening more frequently and it's causing problems with my web space. Sometimes when I upload a photo, the file size magnifies. For example, I uploaded a 600kb file the other day, but when I checked the file after uploading, it read 4mb! Then when saving the file from my gallery to my computer, it saves as 4mb... yet the original file in my folder still reads 600kb. Does anyone know how to stop this? It's really filling up my web space fast.

Sorry for the late reply. Do you still need help with this? If so, please post a link to your gallery and a test user account with upload permissions, so we can test ourselves.
