Batch add by folder
« on: July 12, 2004, 10:03:04 pm »

I'm pretty sure this has been requested before. I've been searching all over threw the mod directory and haven't seen it. I think this would be fairly easy to do but no one has. So I figured I would post just in case it isn't here.

I have a HUGE picture site (over 15,000 files in over 800 folders) that i'm changing over to coppermine. Before I was useing my own system. Anyway. that's alot of catagories and albums to create. What I would like is to upload a folder, then log into coppermine, point it at the folder it and have it create it all for me. Why? because i'm lazy :)

So if anyone knows a way to do this (a mod i've overlooked for 1.3.0) or could come up with something or add it in the next version. that would be great.

I made a script to do exactly this. Search the board (I think mods->admin functions).
