Installed Flash Plugin and don't see it.

In Plugin Manger when I install the flash plugin so I can play media files it does not show up. I browse for the file upload it but it does not come up on the list.  http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,62704.0.html is the page that I read the info on... Any ideas. My website is www.i-20riders.com

You may need to use method #2 to upload the plugin to your server.
