I have no been able to solve this however. Is there another fix?

As you will notice in that other thread, a website link and a test user login was provided.

I understand but I'm not allowed to link to the gallery here. It shows up in google and what not.

Rather impossible to sort it if we can't see it.
If you make another post with useful link/info so that we can examine your issue, I'll quickly delete the post from public view so that only privileged users (admin, dev team, moderators) can see it and web crawlers can't.

That issue usually occurs if there are white spaces (or any other code) before the doctype declaration, so please check the HTML source of your gallery yourself or attach your theme as zip file to your next reply.
