Album list/Config. gallery

Hello everyone! Sorry for my English but I don't speak it very well.. So I try to explain myself..

I have two problems..

1) I need to change this row: <!-- BEGIN album_list -->
               
                    <a href="{ALB_LIST_TGT}" title="{ALB_LIST_TITLE}" class="firstlevel"><span class="voce">&raquo; {ALB_LIST_LNK}<br></span></a>

I'd like to add the link of my website in my coppermine gallery (USER MENU).. but I don't understand in which way...


2) I really need to change the color of my config. gallery.. (I added a screenshot)...

Please help me.. 'cause this thing makes me crazy... especially the first point...
