I don't have the time, patience or skills to go any further with my problem, which you can read about in my initial support thread here:

I have tried different databases but with the same results. I have not tried download the whole gallery + databases to my laptop.

Be aware that sometimes it uploads without issue 10-15 times then the problem returns.

Offering $50 initially. Can discuss more further if it takes more time and effort.

As the problem occurs randomly, I wasn't able to reproduce it in Yasmin's gallery. Instead, I wrote 2 scripts to check for dupes and remove them from the database. For more information, see here: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,78105.msg379661.html#msg379661
