Subscribe to a users gallery

Is there a way to subscribe to other users galleries?  So, you can have a sort of "favourite users" section..

Not sure if I understood your question correctly, but I think the answer is "no". However, on each users' profile page you find the latest uploads and comments of that user. But there's no button or something like that to collect such sections in a separate page. This could of course created manually, but I assume you're looking for a way to provide that feature to everyone in your gallery, so this is probably not the solution you're looking for.
