E mail di conferma registrazione, non spedita

Ciao, come da oggetto, quando un nuovo utente si registra ,non viene spedita la mail di conferma, ne all'utente,e ne all'amministratore....
ho provato con vari indirizzi email, ma non va....
Sapete/potete aiutarmi ?
