Admin area quite empty

Hello

I just installed the newest coppermine. But in the admin I dont find really anything.
No place where I can change the theme for.eg!
I do however am able to add pics and albums and something else too

But many cruicial things are jus not there. I would like the gallery to get a visually accepted look. So the theme is the most important. We talk about a photo gallery after all

Umm ... have you logged in as an admin user and clicked on "Config"?

as far as I know i have only one user registered. i just installed it.
but yes i am logged in.

A registered user is different than an admin user. How was Coppermine installed? Was it installed using a hosting provider's script install feature?

Typically, when you install, you create and admin user/password. It is this user that you will have to be logged in as to be able to make changes to the configuration.

Except for the gallery title, when logged in as an admin, the top of your page should look like this:
