I doubt someone will create a custom theme for you (for free). Have a look at the docs to get an idea how to create a Coppermine theme: http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/theme_create.htm#theme_create

Alternatively, I can move this thread to the paid support board, maybe you can hire a freelancer to create the theme for you.
