"Upload" icon looking strange

Hi.
Using fullHD. When clicking upload file "last opp fil" on http://nordmoregatebilklubb.com/bilderfratreff.php the "choose file" icon is still grey. But it still works after selecting which album I want.. it seems that the black "choose file" is just below the grey one..

What you see happens if you're using your browser's zoom feature. If you set it to 100%, you won't see that additional button. I attached a screenshot of the upload form without zoom and one where I zoomed a lot.

The browse button is actually a flash app, I'm not sure how to fix that or if it can be fixed at all.
