When making an album, it not only appears where you assigned it to, but also under the category one step "earlier". It's weird, can I disable this?

Where the "January 2, 2014" album shows up directly in the category "screencaps" and also in the "January" category. Same for all the April ones. Only want the albums inside the category for each month.

I am wildly embarrassed but I just figured it out - haha. The "Show first level album thumbnails in categories" box was checked, unchecking it did the trick. Leaving it on solved here so maybe some other clueless person like me will find it someday.
