Issues with CPG 1.2.1 and PHPSUEXEC

having issues with a Fantastico installed version of CPG 1.2.1 and an upgrade of PHP4 with PHPSUEXEC.  - for some reasons, i can't upload or delete images anymore. Any ideas how to fix this issue? the site having the issue is www.misschalk.com
