Ok so my problem is this about 3 weeks ago I tried to install coppermine on my home hosted website.
I proceed to install I get to step 7 asks to create a database, so I name it cm and create it tell it to
populate the database after about 30-45 seconds it goes to a blank white screen, at top in the
address bar it says at then end of the address /install.php?step=8. I did try changing the table prefix
and the database name, also deleted all related databases and files re-downloaded and re-installed both
with no help. Any ideas?

I am kinda new to all this stuff so you'll half to forgive my lack of knowledge on this subject .

UPDATE:

I removed the 15x_ from the end of the table prefix and apparently that worked.
So you can delete this or something thank you.

It doesn't make sense to me that the table prefix should cause that issue. Instead, I assume, something different changed on your server. However, glad that it works now and thank your for posting the solution.
