I want to have big thumbnails (300px width) only for the meta albums on the index.php but the thumbnails are just 128px width.I don't won't to crop all the thumbs at 300px because I am on a shared host.

Can coppermine have a condition to use the actual image not the thumbnails for the meta albums only on the index.php?

Copy the function theme_display_thumbnails from themes/sample/theme.php to your theme's theme.php file, if it doesn't exist.

It shows only the filename,no image

If someone needs this for all the pages just delete  && $cat == 0 from Andre's code.
