thumb_nopic.png
« on: March 16, 2014, 10:40:29 am »

Hello,

I have a fansite and I have a big problem with my gallery. I can not see the bigger size of my photos. When I click the photo I see this image -as bigger- :

http://jodilyn-okeefe.fanzoom.net/gallery/images/thumbs/thumb_nopic.png

You can try it: http://jodilyn-okeefe.fanzoom.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=284&pid=56903#top_display_media

The result is same for all the photos. It doesn't show me the bigger sizes of photos.

Also when I upload a new photo, it shows me the another photo.

I really need your help.. :( :'(

You can try it: http://jodilyn-okeefe.fanzoom.net/gallery/displayimage.php?album=284&pid=56903#top_display_media

- Intermediate-sized picture (works): http://jodilyn-okeefe.fanzoom.net/gallery/albums/userpics/10001/normal_jodi-lyn-o-keefe-136774.jpg
- Full-sized picture (doesn't work): http://jodilyn-okeefe.fanzoom.net/gallery/albums/userpics/10001/jodi-lyn-o-keefe-136774.jpg

Either the full-sized version doesn't exist or we don't have permissions to access it. Please check that with an FTP application like FileZilla.

I checked them

What's the result? Do the pictures exist? What are their permissions?

Still same. I deleted the incorrect code but I can't see the large images. I do not know what to do and I do not know where the problem is  :(

The problem isn't in Coppermine...
The links in André's post from April 17 completely bypass CPG and attempt to directly access the jpg files on your server. For the full size image, the site is instead serving your 'missing' page which could indicate the file downs't exist or is otherwise protected (permissions).

Please post a screen image of what you see when browsing the directory:
Code: [Select]
jodilyn-okeefe.fanzoom.net/gallery/albums/userpics/10001/ via your sites filemanager or an ftp application showing picture 'jodi-lyn-o-keefe-136774.jpg' in the listing.

Ok, the screencaps: ( All the photos are normal size. Not full size :( )

http://i.hizliresim.com/lYDOpJ.jpg

from the ftp:
http://i.hizliresim.com/BXdLnM.jpg

I'm uploading the new photos but I noticed that their full sizes are turning thumb_nopic.png
For example, I uploaded this photo in February but now it's gone, just like the others... :(

Your screen captures show the normal/intermediate pics - but those are displaying fine... We need to see the fullsize file information - without the 'normal_' prefix.
If the fullsize isn't there - then I would expect the behavior you are seeing (they would have been removed manually rather than through Coppermine's admin panel - as Coppermine would rename the 'normal_' version when removing fullsize - and wouldn't have the option to open the fullsize any longer.)

(Please attach your screenshots to the post rather than using an image hosting site... Part of the value of this site is for others being able to find similar problems later. Images on hosted sites are often deleted after time, and makes the posts less useful for others...)

Again the issue is with the fullsize - not the normal...

Fullsizes aren't there. There is only "normal_" photos, there isn't any fullsize photo. They are all gone..

I sent a message to my hosting site and they say this is a coppermine problem..

If the files do not exist then it is not a Coppermine problem. Please re-check and see if this file exists /userpics/10001/jodi-lyn-o-keefe-136774.jpg and if it does not then you need to find out why it has been deleted from your server, Coppermine could not have deleted it.
