Custom license options for uploaded images

It would be nice to be able to select an image license based on either which Album you are uploading too or per image.  Users that upload should be able to do the same not just Admins.

Not something I would like to see in the core. Licences can be added via EXIF anyway or even to the description. I am sure it wouldn't be too hard to create a plugin that would give a dropdown on upload if really needed.

I agree with Phill. If I remember correctly there even exists mods that include dropdown buttons to the upload pages.
