Clear unapproved files?

I couldn't find anything in the search or documentation.  I want to clear out the list of unapproved files, however I don't actually want to delete the files themselves to break the galleries they were meant to be in.  Is there a way to empty this section without deleting the physical files?  Thanks in advance!

In poking around the database, I found the value within the pictures database of YES or NO, so I'm just going to clear out the NOs.
