I unistalled and reinstall coppermine many times but still no album proprities, edit files and parent category

the buttons are there and are working but no text (even with curve theme and all defaul setings in config)

no and it does that will all the themes.

I will install a new coppermie.
this time I will dwnload it from coppermine website.
I want use my host cpanel anymore to install coppermine.

when I install it with softaculous from my host cpanel,coppermine installs wrong.

I just disabled the menu icons from config.
