e-mail redirection error

I am having a problem with my contact form. When I send an e-mail the e-mail sent message appears and the I get an error message that says the return page on the gallery cannot be found. I get this information...

I have no idea who or what nwcoffee is or where it resides, it is not on my site. Any ideas on how to fix this redirection problem? or where it originates?

Check your settings https

wwwlightwaveglassstudio.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is only valid for the following names:
www.nwcoffeesupply.com, nwcoffeesupply.com

(Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

Thanks, that was a server issue that has now been resolved but the error is still there.

I feel it is a problem with the theme I am using. I have two installs on the same server. One with a standard theme and the e-mail redirect works fine. The one using the theme Zaffatasa has the problem with the e-mail redirecting back from the contact form.

Try it with the default curve theme by simply adding ?theme=curve to your url as outlined here - http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/theme_create.htm#theme_create_tipps
