Vietnamese languague pack

I just upgrade to 1.5.x but there is no Vietnamese pack like my old 1.4.x.

Anyone who have vietnamese pls help me.

Unfortunately there hasn't been contributed a Vietnamese language file yet. We'd be happy if somebody (maybe you?) would do that.

Sadly no. For languages we rely on contributors to create them. Being a small team with limited language knowledge between us there simply is no other way. Creating a language pack is relatively simple, just follow the link Andre gave above.
