Text box for all users

It is possible to create a free text box for the Administrator to communicate with all users? E.g. a text box to show a message to all user's home page after login.

Either you edit your theme or you use the MiniCMS plugin.

Please enable debug mode, try again and post the extended error message.

mySQL error: Duplicate entry 'MiniCMS' for key 'name'

I didn't know the debug mode option, I've deleted duplicate key of a old test installation.
