Hyperlink title to links in webpage

Need a way to hyperlink pictures in Coppermine to links in webpage.  Is this possible?

Not sure what you're trying to accomplish. Please explain more detailed. I guess you want to click on intermediate-sized pictures and then open a custom page for each picture?
