Incorrect album count

Please can someone tell me why having only 6 albums, on the top statistics it says I have 7 and at the bottom it says 6?
I have only 6 albums, no private albums (one person created one but never uploaded anything and this album is nowhere to be found) .. this is puzzling me

You just answered your question yourself ;) The stats just count the number of albums, regardless if they contain pictures or not. If you want to fix this, the easiest way is to delete that empty album.
